The staff is cool but one girl in particular was awesome. Brittney helped me and my brother get some vans and her great customer service and attentiveness is what will make me come back to this particular location.

I've never received a worse service than in this store. The salesman (a young African-American) gave me the box and I had to open it and put the laces personally on the shoes to try. He went to chat with his colleague and use his personal cell phone and did not worrying about the customer.
