This is most awful placewith a dishonest to give one star even. No mention of a word.
Quick, reliable, and reasonably priced wash and fold service by the pound. I used these guys 3-4 times while in NYC for a month and they always gave me a 24-hour turn around.
First time there. They said my clothes would be delivered on Monday. When I called on Wednesday and asked them where my clothes were, they said they had them, but didn't know why they weren't delivered as promised. I asked them to be delivered it before I had to leave to the airport on a business trip this morning, they said they couldn't do it. I then asked for a discount or refund. They said my clothes had been cleaned, so maybe it was a different cleaner that offered refunds. Bad service and bad first impression.
I needed alterations for my shirt. This cleaners offered me the best price, had my shirt ready in a reasonable time and I was very satisfied with the finish product. Thank you.
I've gone here twice now; once to get a jacket dry cleaned and another to simply add on a button. Prices are reasonable, turn around is quick, and everyone is very nice. I highly suggest going!
