They don't separate your clothing and turned all my whites green. They charge way too much for the poor service they provide. $22 for a bag of laundry is way too much. It also seems like they don't use laundry detergent? My clothes will be returned and either smell like nothing or as if they were never washed. The only positive is they do deliver and fold your clothes.
Absolutely horrible. They lost one of my pillow cases, some of my whites have spots on them. They ruined one of my items that wasn't supposed to even be washed, I asked for it to be held there since I had to go to work. (It wasn't being washed because they said if it was washed the Material would pull and get all ballies on it.) Well they washed lt, it was brand new. They are saying it wasnt washed meanwhile it was still wet from being hung.
The customer service is terrible they do not know how to run a business at all.
