What was odd, unprofessional and unpleasant ...
i got a Versa spa (which is where a machine spray tans you). My spray tan looks "eh" today. Not bad. Not great. Def not what I've had done in the past. It got my upper body but my legs are still light.
I'd go else where there's plenty of other places you can get a spray tan and not feel like you're forced to do something it's supposed to be an enjoyable experience.. it was all weird and uncomfortable.
They're also open late and willing to accommodate on short notice which is definitely convenient for my hectic schedule.
Never ever ever have I had to be asked upfront
I've had MANY spray tans AND NEVER, ever, ever have I been asked to tip when a machine sprays me. Not only is it tacky but I just don't appreciate being told a price, paying for it and the front desk girl awkwardly telling me do " you can just tip me'x'"
For your information the Groupon App does not say anything under “Fine Print”, as you can see attached and it is not clickable. So instead of your receptionist being so concerned about telling me I am wrong, she would have learned that.
The best full body airbrush tan in town that not only looks amazing but also lasts! Heike's really great at making you feel comfortable and at ease, much so that I actually look forward to "catching up" at our next appt.
When I arrived a girl at the front desk was sub par. She was "nice" but pushy.
So the sub par is more how she approached the appointment BY telling me HOW MUCH I NEED TO TIP HER!!! That is just weird. End of story. I am happy to tip. I usually tip on anything that deserves a tip but I've never had to tip a front desk girl for a booth to spray tan me... ever.

Please be advised, that I called to schedule an appointment at approximately 11:35 a.m. this morning, Sept. 1, 2017. The woman on the phone said she had an appointment available on the date and time requested and when I advised the woman on the phone that I had a Groupon she indicated that I had used a Groupon before and I could not use on this time. I advised her that it did not say that anywhere on the Groupon and she insisted she was right. She said she looked up the Groupon “Iike a normal person” and saw the fine print. I asked for her name multiple times and she refused to give it to me, saying that I was yelling at her and she hung up on me. I called back and simply asked to speak to the manager and she indicated that, “I could call back in 10 minutes”, I asked her to please put a manager on the phone, and she put me on hold and then proceeded to check if I was still holding and eventually hung up.
My airbrush spay tan was uneven. I looked crazy and I had a wedding I was going to in Cali. One side of my legs and other parts of my body had no tan whatsoever and the others did. The tan was very poorly done. I wrote an email explaining the way my tan looked the very next day and tried calling and I got zero response. I will never go to this place ever again. Don't waste your money or time. You'll just have to spend money to trying to fix the mess they made.
