Great service, highly organized staff and reasonable prices! I got a Groupon for 3 laser treatments on a small area and ended up buying one more single session before I moved out of state. The women who did my treatments were very professional and fast. The hair is already thinning on my underarms and I will continue my treatments in my new area. Highly recommended!
I went in a week ago for my consultation and so far so good! I was kind of surprised at the location and environment of the office since it really does not compare to Infinity Laser Spa, which I went in to see, but the consultation went great!
Love this place! Not much pain on the sensitive area I get done; just significantly hot. The process lasts all of 7 minutes and I am always in when my appointment stated, rarely do I have to wait beyond my appointed time. Customer service is always helpful (I rely on calling instead of emailing). The online scheduler is great and user friendly.

However I did notice for the 1st and 2nd day, it felt like a nerve in my arm was a little bit sore, sort of like you lifted a little bit too much weight at the gym but I did hit the pool the night before consultation so I cannot say for sure that it is from the laser.
I had tested all 3 levels (strength) of laser and no effects!
I chose the option Brazilian bikini after 6 sessions I do not find the result very satisfactory, I have in addition to the repay for the odds they told me that they did not do after 3 sessions, so I have to go just for the odds . I do not think this machine is very efficient. The plus point is that the staff is pleasant!

I bought a package for electrolysis from Groupon which turned out to be a great deal. This place is really clean and the staff is so nice. They are very good about sticking to the schedule which is great as there's usually no wait time.
