I've been to this place numerous times with all necessary documents that was requested to me via mail - the reason I went to W Broadway was because I never heard back from Albany, updates were never inputted in the system. The telephone operator via 888 tells me you must visit your local office and the local office tells me, send everything to Albany and to call the toll free number, so which one is it!? This is frustrating, I work and I can't continue taking time off. There is no organization with the Child Support System!
I was here to straighten out some issues with tax money withheld. I did not owe arrears. I'm a responsible dad. The woman that assisted me was very kind and informative. It was a pleasant experience. I was here early so I was the first one in and out. Just a note it is a Monday. Good Luck everyone!
Whatever you do if they send you to desk 22 be prepared to be greeted by the nastiest African American lady in this office. This is the second time I see her and she is always rude, condescending, and prejudiced. Last time I saw a nice African Lady, who treated me very nice and professional. Just stay away from desk 22. And I am paid up zero balance on my child support!
This biz is terrible! A lot of money is owed to me for years and they dont do enough about these deadbeat losers! Its a dirty shame! Expose this! Justice must be done! By doing it yourself! They are useless! Deadbeats belong in prison or under it!
Seriously the worst. Most don't know what they are talking about and they are very rude. Never get anywhere, never send the right documents when asked.. completely pointless.
