BROADWAY HERALD SQUARE STORE, IN NYC.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN YOU CALL THE STORE , YOU WAIT FOR 5 MINITES OR MORE.. THEN IT'S A CALL CENTER...THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT SOME MORE FOR THE CALL CTR. REP. TO CONTACT SOMEBODY IN THE STORE ON THE FLOOR OF THE DEPT. YOU WANT. THEN THE CALL CTR. REP. COMES BACK AND SAYS..
A trendy flagship store for H&M fans in New York. Great household goods on the 3rd floor with very nice design and great price. A live DJ is on the 2nd floor to play music. However, the annoying store layout forces people have to cycle the whole floor to get on the escalator to go to the next floor.
9.24.17 - Large location with well kept and stocked merchandise. The fitting rooms can get crowded and a line can form, but it generally moves fast.
NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. IT'S A MESS!!!...TERRIBLE. WHY SHOULD I SPEND MY MONEY IN A STORE THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS...? SHOPPING SHOULD BE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE...PLEASANT...EVEN FUN...IT SHOULD NOT BE A FREAKING NIGHTMARE.....
The place is bigger than the other H&M on the same block. I like this one better. I just wish they would turn down the music a little.
The store is located across the street from Macy's in Herald Square. On a Sunday late afternoon it wasn't crowded, but early evening it seemed to get really busy.
The only aspect of an H&M I'm interested in is the size of their men's selection. This one is pretty good, and will probably be my go-to location now.
Customer service is hit or miss, but in generally You should be able to find your size because it's well stocked.
