street is a great place to rent a car in upper Manhattan. For too long we have had to run downtown to get our cars and vans.Bravo

Not sure if employees are different from the previous reviewers, but no issues whatsoever. Fast to get the car, fast to drop off, brand new SUV, keep in mind they charge extra for the EZ pass box.

I read bad reviews about this place and was worried about booking our rental car here. I tried calling the phone numbers on the confirmation but they were not working #'s. I was concerned but called Dollar and they confirmed the reservation and advised that the local centers don't have direct lines. I decided to just move forward with the reservation and figure it out when I got there since the prices were amazing. I arrived and met with Jean who was FANTASTIC! He helped us with our car rental and was patient and informative. We didn't realize that we needed a credit card with a minimum deposit of $350 to rent the car. Jean suggested that we make a transfer from our debit to credit card and call the credit card company to make the fund available immediately. We ended up having to run around the city to make the deposit since my bank couldn't accommodate same day transfer but was successful. Just as Jean had suggested my credit card company worked with me and we were able to rent the car. The car was in good condition and clean. We drove from NYC to Miami with no problems. Thanks Jean for your customer service!
