Our Waitress was extremely rude considering it was her mistakes that ruined our dinning experience. First mistake was never bringing the butter knife one lady requested. Second mistake was not asking two of the ladies what appetizers they would like. Third mistake, she got one of the ladies order wrong... she wanted her burger well-done and even said it twice. When we finally got the waitress back to the table to tell her the burger wasn't well done, she said "I'll have them cook it longer for you.". The expressions on our faces said... WTH (did she really just say that). In a calm voice the lady asked for a new burger well-done. Fourth mistake, when the waitress took the desert order she did not acknowledge the lady who had the burger. So the lady asked the waitress if she had an issue with her. At first the waitress said "No" but before she walked away she told the lady "You know what. You should learn respect for other people." Still can't believe she said that to a customer. Fifth mistake, the waitress asked if I wanted another drink and I said "No, thank you."... a few minutes later, she puts a drink down in front of me. I never say no to a drink, so I was like whatever (this was before things escalated and we found out the drinks were removed from our bill as a good gesture by the manager.).

Will I go back? Probably. Would have been 5 stars if Bobby was there! lol

This place was amazing- we were looking for a place for brunch for our friend's bachelorette when another place didn't work out the night before with no luck when my sister stumbled upon Bar Americain close by. She conveniently booked our reservation online.

I went with my family, I thought it was good.

My Wife and Son Loved it. With that said it's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Because the waitress was being surly, the lady refused the burger and wanted nothing else. The table was in agreement... you know things are bad when you're offered free dessert and all you want to do is get the check and get out. Never again!

When we arrived the place was beautiful, open, and had wonderful lighting which set a relaxing sophisticated atmosphere. We were seated at a nice spacious table. The real stars were the staff- we had the most wonderful waiter, an English gentleman (his name might have been Jamie) seriously, he was absolutely professional, kind and charming as well as the rest of the staff who were also highly attentive and very lovely. The food was also extremely amazing. I cannot express enough how great my experience at this place was!

I went there on a trip to NY for my birthday. My friend and I ordered the fried chicken that comes with a breast and a drumstick with a side of greens. I also order a side of the smashed potatoes. When we received our food it looked very good but when we bit into the drum stick it was extremely pink inside. I showed our waitress who gladly took the plates back for us. When she return with our supposedly new plates, it turns out that she had brought us back our same plates of food and they had refried our same pieces of chicken. They still had the bite marks in them AND it was burned it some spots. We were shocked to say the least. I mean you can get a new burger from McDonald's if they mess up your order so to be at a celebrity chef's restaurant and to have them refry a piece of chicken that had been bitten off of was absolutely crazy to me. Not too mention that it was definitely not cheap to eat there. We ended up just eating the piece of chicken that we hadn't bitten off of before but our sides were extremely cold by then. This was my birthday dinner so I was especially disgusted and disappointed. I won't be trying there again which is sad because I love Bobby Flay.

Seemed popular with the suited, male, business lunch crowd. I sat at the bar, nice bartender, attentive service. The caesar salad and onion soup were fine but the bread was amazing. Would definitely go back for a business or solo lunch but not a casual lunch with friends during the week.
