I had some issues getting things done. Seems like the right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing. In the end I decided to part ways, and was given excellent customer service by Jorge Quintana, and a full refund. Jorge deserves 5 stars!

UPDATE: Since posting the original review below I had been contacted by senior managers at 1800accountant to resolve some of my problems. The rep that I worked with was diligent, responsive and utterly professional. I wish my past experiences had been with folks of Josh's caliber but am thankful for the support and attention I received once my problems were in focus. I've increased my rating from 1 star to 3, this is really the level of service folks should be getting on initial outreach. Had this level of service been provided originally I'm sure I would have given a 4 or 5 star rating.
Had some issues at first but one of the supervisors (Joshua) was really professional and handled everything really well. Accountant was good, but in the end decided to part after to speaking to someone in billing department
I was just starting out and thought this would be the best way to go for a small business. The customer relation personnel do an fantastic job! Just wish the CPA's were the same. After trying to fill out what they needed for tax prep and actually getting them in, I think I would have been better off doing them on my own. My questions both on the phone and via E-Mail were not directly answered. Also in the tax prep process I had questions on filling out the forms, the person only answered a few questions and told me just to fill out the form and then would not assist me in filling them out correctly. I would not recommend this service! I have a professional doing my taxes now for less than $500 and I can call anytime free of charge. Shop around and find a more user friendly service.
HORRIBLE. I took a chance on these guys, despite the negative reviews and found the concerns to be true. My adviser was extremely hard to communicate with, expected me to fill out tax forms by myself, and then cancelled my account after 3 months without my consent - nor did they give me a refund!! This place is an absolute joke.
If you need a focused person on your finances do not go to through this service. I've had outstanding items for my CPA for months, my tax returns were miss filed which led to a huge reduction in my return, if you're more than 3 minutes late for a scheduled call they will ignore your attempts to call them back and force you to reschedule, their web based portal is garbage as well.
